FAQ’S

How often can I get form corrections & supervision?

It depends on the membership package you choose. With the platform, you can easily get support and form corrections feedback from our direct communication tool.  This can be up to 4 form correction feedbacks per month.

Can I work out at home? Or do I need a gym?

You get to choose! Some people love hitting the gym while others find that it’s time-saving and more convenient for them working out at home. Either way, your program is PERSONALIZED, so all the workouts will be created based on what you have available.

A gym will obviously give you more options as far as equipment. However, working out from home does not mean you are limited. You can use water bottles, chairs, towels… many things around your home to work out. Plus, if you need, I can give you suggestions on what equipment you should buy, based on your goals and your budget.

If I just want individual PT sessions to either check my form or have questions answered IN REAL TIME, can I book these separately?

Yes of course you can! You can have as many sessions as you want and can book them through text messages. Once you do, my team will contact you to schedule those sessions. 

How exactly does the platform work?

After you sign up, an account will be made for you on the platform. You can either use the website or download the app (available on both IOS and Android). When you log in, you will be able to see your program there in detail for each day, each week. All the exercises will include a video that breaks down the techniques for you to follow. 

The platform also allows you to fill in your reps, sets for each exercise, updates to your measurements, pictures, etc. You can easily see your progress in any goal, whether it is to lose weight, gain muscle, or gain strength, through progression graphs that the platform auto-generates for you. And of course, you can interact with me there through the chat box

As an added bonus, you can also link to MyFitnessPal app if you wish to track your nutrition.
