We’ll start off with a friendly chat. • For you to evaluate if our coaching style fits you, and to preview the steps that will get you to your goal. • For your coach to know more about you – your goal, your lifestyle and overall health – and to see if we are a good fit for each other.

An email will then be sent to you with a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. This form lets me know all the details related to your health conditions and lifestyle. The information you provide is confidential and essential for us to build a training plan that works the best for you.

Our first session together will allow your coach to check your overall physical condition: strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance, etc. All these tests combined with the information I gathered from Step 1 & 2 will help us design a training program tailored to you that will get you to your goal in the most sustainable & efficient way.

After the PC test, if you decide to train with us, we will work on your training schedule based on our availability. All the sessions have to be booked in advance to make sure we will always be available for you.

FAQ’S

Is online personal training as effective as face-to-face personal training?

This is the question I get asked the most! The answer is YES – DEFINITELY! Hundreds of thousands of people all around the world are doing it and seeing amazing results. 

For online personal training to be effective it requires the trainer to really have a sixth sense in understanding how the body works. Because it’s all virtual, they have to know how to communicate & explain in a way that clients can understand and follow easily. It also requires a lot of creativity to keep the workout diverse with minimum equipment. 

If the trainer can manage these factors, Online PT is just as effective as face-to-face. It has all the benefits that face-to-face PT has: customized plan and constant adjustments based on your progress, having someone to motivate you and keep you accountable, and having support and supervision while you’re forming a new lifestyle… plus it brings all the freedom of not having to work out at a fixed location.

How long does it take to see the results?

It depends on many factors: your goal, your current fitness level, health conditions, your commitment level to your workout & nutrition… But, I guarantee you, if you follow my plan, you will see results. 

Although it is difficult to give a concrete estimate, my trainees often start feeling a big change in their energy and mood in 2 weeks, and notice an improvement in their strength and appearance within a month.

Can I work out at home? Or do I need a gym?

You get to choose! Some people love hitting the gym while others find that it’s time-saving and more convenient for them working out at home. Either way, your program is PERSONALIZED, so all the workouts will be built based on what you have available.

A gym will obviously give you more options as far as equipment. However, working out from home does not mean you are limited. You can use water bottles, chairs, towels… many things around your home to work out. Plus, if you need, I can give you suggestions on what equipment you should buy, based on your goal and your budget.

Have you always been an online PT or do you offer face-to-face PT too?

Actually I started as a face-face PT. In fact I even opened a gym. My journey with online PT began when some of my clients moved to other countries but still wanted to keep training with me. With online PT, they are able to still make progress and see amazing results. 

When Covid-19 hit Vietnam, preventing people from leaving their homes, I decided to transition fully to online PT because I didn’t want any restrictions to be the reason why my clients stopped training. During this time, a lot of people came to me because they wanted to be stronger, have healthier immune systems, and keep the progress they worked so hard to achieve. And that’s when they realized that online PT was the game-changer and decided to stick with it.

I have a specific medical condition/injuries. Can you help me?

Medical advice is not a part of my service and my programs are not intended as a replacement for professional medical advice. I would suggest you check with qualified experts first.

However, I have helped clients with specific medical conditions/injuries. Just make sure you have checked with doctors/experts first, then we will discuss moving forward. I will find a way to help you, or recommend you to experts that are more specialized in treating your conditions. 

What if I have to cancel a session?

In case you can’t attend one of the sessions, please give me 24hrs advance notice so we can reschedule. If cancelled within 24hrs, the session will be counted as missed and cant be rescheduled (unless it’s a serious emergency).
